Refund Policy

1) Return window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

EU consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales (notify us within 14 days of receipt).

Items must be new, unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging. Home try-on is fine.
2) How to start a return

include your order number, the item you’re returning, and a short reason.

For defective/incorrect items, attach photos (parcel + product).
We’ll reply with instructions and/or a return authorization. Please ship within 14 days of approval.
3) Return shipping fees

Unless stated otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.

If we provide a prepaid label, we may deduct a fixed return fee from the refund (we’ll confirm the amount before you ship).

Defective/incorrect items are repaired/replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
4) Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable (except for our error/defect).

Returns are processed typically within 3–7 business days after arrival at our warehouse. Banks/card issuers may take 3–10 business days to post the refund.
5) Exchanges

The fastest way is to place a new order for the desired size/color and return the original item per our instructions.

If we offer direct exchanges, we’ll state this in the return instructions.
6) Exceptions (non-returnable)

Gift cards, final-sale items, customized items (if any).

Items that are used, washed, or damaged.

For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns that are not in resalable condition.
7) Damaged or incorrect items
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos. We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with consumer law. Keep all packaging until resolved.
8) Address issues & uncollected parcels
Incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels may incur additional costs. We may deduct shipping and handling fees from refunds (see Shipping Policy).
9) International returns
For orders outside the EU, duties and taxes are not refundable. Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra charges.
10) Packaging
Please pack items securely. We can’t be responsible for transit damage caused by inadequate packaging.
